Social proof is one of the most important things you need to grow your chiropractic practice. One of the best ways to get social proof is through online reviews and testimonials. Everyone wants to go to a good doctor, and they will rely on word of mouth (and reviews) to find one.
So how do you get your patients to leave reviews?
You Listen and Then Ask
If a patient comments on how much better they feel after their treatment, ask them if they would leave a review. Let them know that reviews are a great way to share the word so your practice can help others.
Provide a Direct Link
Do you have a newsletter or other form of e-correspondence? Make it easier for your patients to leave reviews by offering direct links to your practice. Google My Business makes it super easy. Just follow their directions and you can have a link ready to go. If you want them to leave a review easily, provide a scannable QR code in your business to help make it easier to leave reviews.
Need More Proof?
The more reviews you have on Google My Business and Yelp the better the chances for your business to grow organically. Google My Business uses Google reviews, and Apple Maps integrates with Yelp for reviews. This means local patients can find (and trust) you easier the more reviews you have.
If you’re looking for local chiropractic practices in your area, which would you trust: the one with a twenty, four and five-star reviews or the one with no reviews at all? The answer is simple. Build your know, like, and trust value by using online reviews.
